Did you know that some think there’s a correlation between immigration and how people voted on whether or not to leave the EU?
It all sounds so far-fetched, but it may be true.
If immigrants are taking more jobs than natives, it could have played into why Britain wanted out from under such an agreement with Europe.
Many other directive words feature in essays, and it’s a good idea to understand these thoroughly, as answering an essay question wrongly will undoubtedly decrease your chances of gaining a first. It is also important not to get too wrapped up trying to answer questions you don’t know the answers for – this can be detrimental to your score.

It can be seen in several ways, from your socks sliding over each other on carpet to two magnets repelling one another when brought close together; friction plays a vital role in our daily lives. Without it, life would not exist as we know it today.

It shows not only are you familiar with published work in our field but that you’re aware as to where your studies fit within general academia – specifically if any primary data was used during my investigation into _____. Also, provide some recommendations on possible future endeavors related to what I’ve found.
Step 8: Clarity and style
Now that you have your essay structure in place, it’s time to jazz up the writing style.
A first-class grade requires engaging and formal language which is well researched.
For example, a good way of demonstrating knowledge about an academic subject can be by using appropriate technical terms or more sophisticated terminology for subjects like maths and science (i.e., “integrate” instead of “add”).
